Hines approached us as it was about to embark on its debut venture into the Irish real estate market with the Cherrywood development.
With a stellar reputation for building differently, Hines operates at the cutting edge of innovation. Cherrywood brings a groundbreaking proposition to the Irish market and will ultimately redefine how people live, work, shop and relax. Our challenge lay in introducing this progressive approach through the creation of a very robust brand – one with the ability to work across an incredibly diverse proposition and speak to a wide array of audiences.
We created a visual identity with instant recognition, flexibility and global appeal. Alongside the modern brand mark, it was particularly important to establish a visual style that works across the full brand portfolio, with clear differentiators for retail, commercial and residential offerings.
As preparation for the Cherrywood development continues, we partner closely with a number of key agencies including Drury PR and Cawley NeaTWBA to create a totally aligned support system for Hines. This collaborative environment ensures Cherrywood’s positive synergy of work, rest and play is brought to life in a way that’s always consistent and meaningful.
