The mission

For over two decades, we’ve partnered with Nolan Kitchens as the business has grown and evolved.

With the company increasingly focused on bespoke, high-end projects, the website needed to do more than showcase beautiful kitchens.

It needed to attract the right clients, communicate the value of the service, and qualify enquiries before the first conversation ever took place.

The transformation

We rebuilt the site to speak directly to a more niche, higher-end audience. Every enquiry now runs through an ‘Are we the right fit?’ questionnaire before a design consultation is offered, replacing the appointment-only showroom visits of previous years with a more deliberate, qualified path to contact.

The site is designed to mirror the level of craft Nolan Kitchens puts into every project. Clean typography, a fresh modern layout, and large-format photography that lets the kitchens speak for themselves.

The redevelopment considered every part of the online customer journey, from first click to first consultation:

  • A prominent price guide, linked directly from the top navigation, setting clear budget expectations before a customer ever picks up the phone
  • A dedicated recent projects section, showing real kitchens delivered for real customers
  • A clear process section, walking prospective customers through every step to a design consultation, backed by a full FAQv
  • A pre-vetting consultation form that filters for genuine, high-budget enquiries
  • A migration to a more robust hosting provider, giving the business a stronger technical foundation going forward

The result

The redevelopment reflects a deliberate shift in how Nolan Kitchens generates business.

The pre-vetting questionnaire, price guide and consultation process now do the qualifying work that once happened in person, saving time for the business and setting realistic expectations for the customer before a single call takes place.
