The mission

AntiResist, a research consortium funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation, develops new antibiotics to combat antibiotic resistance. To support its mission, AntiResist required two distinct digital platforms. A public website was needed to engage external audiences and raise awareness, while a private intranet would streamline internal collaboration among researchers and consortium members.

Our goal was to create an intuitive, responsive platform that enhances AntiResist’s visibility, delivers multilingual content and provides a secure hub for research sharing.

The question

How could AntiResist’s digital presence effectively communicate its work while supporting seamless collaboration?

The public site needed to engage a broad audience, from students to scientists, pharma companies and government bodies. It had to clearly present the antibiotic resistance challenge and AntiResist’s role while supporting multilingual content and high-quality visuals.

The intranet had to serve as a practical, secure space for academics, researchers and staff to share documents and updates. The platform required careful structuring to manage access based on roles, workgroups and research areas.
