Our Challenge
How do you successfully merge the classic grandeur of one of Ireland’s great old estate houses with the lifestyle and luxury of a cutting edge, modern hotel? That’s the challenge Carton House brought to us, and which we gladly accepted.
Our Solution
From their kitchen to Brown Thomas.
We also helped this hospitality brand to break new territory with range of gorgeous branded artisans foods, which hopped straight from their kitchen and onto the shelves of Brown Thomas. Now Carton House is the brand behind the legendary Browns Café – a natural progression, we think.
