The mission
Gem Pack Foods had deep product expertise, but needed a brand that could stand alone, stretch their portfolio and compete in a more premium snacking space.
The opportunity was to move beyond functional, commodity-led perception and create a brand that would elevate the product, justify a higher price point and resonate with a more discerning consumer.

The transformation
A strategy centred on naturalness and product integrity, anchoring the brand in what made the product genuinely different.
The unique roasting process became the core point of distinction, elevating both taste and quality. From here we created the name Green Man. A symbol of life and renewal, aligning with nuts as a better-for-you, more natural snacking choice.
The identity drew on rustic premium cues, balancing simplicity with richness. Matte-finish packaging introduced a natural, tactile feel, while product-led photography brought the quality of the nuts to the forefront.

The result
Green Man has successfully established a clear and confident presence in a more premium snacking space, allowing Gem Pack Foods to extend their portfolio with credibility. A brand designed to elevate perception, communicate quality and compete beyond the expected.
With the brand now in place, Gem Pack Foods has a platform that can stretch across product lines and into new markets, backed by an identity that feels considered, premium and built to last.
