Diploma in Commercial Art,

A deep interest in the arts and a talent for illustration led Steve to pursue a career in the world of graphic design. He brings a formidable 25 years of experience working as both a corporate and packaging designer, with notable highlights including working on branding for the world’s first Versace hotel.
A desire to travel saw Steve leave his native Australia, a path which eventually brought him to Dublin by way of London. He spent six years with Cuisine De France as creative director – responsible for a wide range of activities for well known brands like Carroll Cuisine and Tim Hortons. He went from success to success in this position, winning the Shelflife Advertisement of the Year Award.
Fast approaching his ten year anniversary here at Neworld, Steve has worked with brands like as Glenisk, Franciscan Well, Manor Farm, Cully & Sully, The Jelly Bean Factory, Golden Irish, Gem Pack Foods, Barry’s Tea and Irish Pride to name but a few. Most recently, Steve was shortlisted for Branded Packaging Design in the 2014 IDI design awards for his work with Nusli.
When he’s not creating brands, working on innovative packaging concepts or coming up with memorable taglines, Steve enjoys blues guitar and dabbles in a bit of a ukulele singalong. And not one to forget his Australian roots, you’ll often find Steve at the helm of a Neworld BBQ come rain or shine!
