A man with an undeniable flair for the digital world, David was nevertheless on shelf before he was online. Beginning his distinguished career in the packaging design field, he has helped craft some of Ireland’s iconic brands such as Club Orange, Roma, Barry’s Tea and Irish Pride’s Big Toast.
David developed a personal interest in media and technology advancements while working for leading Dublin design groups in the late 80s and early 90s. In 1994 he joined Neworld Associates where his expertise has been instrumental in enabling us to be at the forefront of digital media development in Ireland.
Overseeing the creative design and technical development of web and digital projects, David is our resident digital guru. He has been involved in many award winning projects such as Superquinn Online Shopping, which won the website category award at GBDA IDEA Awards as well as the e-commerce category award at the O2 Digital Media Awards.Other recognised projects David as been involved in are Inclusion Ireland’s ‘My Voice My Choice’ project which was a finalist in the O2 Digital Media Awards, Glenisk’s Tune Challenge Facebook App, a finalist the Social Media Awards and most recently, Tweekaboo’s App, a finalist at the Institute of Designers in Ireland Awards.
